Green Specters are friendly, Blue Specters are kind of indifferent, and Red Specters are kinda what you imagine. The color of the Specter depends on how haunted the current lot is (in most cases).

As for Vampires… I was on the fence how Vampires should react to fear. I'm pretty sure the nightwraith was covered. The vast majority of Uncomfortable buffs remain untouched. Oh no, I meant that some buffs that were previously Uncomfortable will now be Scared instead. All of these elements combine for a cohesive experience that offers fresh ways to tell stories with your Sims. But there's also a freelance paranormal investigator career, a fully-realised NPC in Guidry the Ghost, a Medium skill, the return of Bonehilda, and items such as the séance table that can be interacted with. The new Haunted House lot type has a noticeable effect on gameplay, as Sims must learn to live with troublesome spectres (there's now a new 'Scared' mood). It's a pack that will not thematically appeal to everyone – likely putting off players who want to keep all things supernatural out of their game – but is also rich in content, putting the early Stuff Packs to shame. Tiny Living Stuff encouraged a new style of gameplay, while Nifty Knitting Stuff added a much-welcome hobby and fleshed it out properly. The developers, however, have struck a consistent level of quality as of late, with the last couple of Stuff Packs being winners.
